We’re all acquainted with the expression “at one with nature” – the sort of talk saved for flower children or self-important hikers who ended up at a Full Moon Party. However, craftsman Orly Faya takes this saying quite literally.
Throughout the previous three years, she has been camouflaging her subjects as a component of their landscape in an arrangement called “I Paint People into the World”.
Orly Faya 31, is a travelling artist who goes around the world painting naked models and using their bodies as a canvas to blend them into their surroundings.
Her photographs are incredible and at times, it’s hard to tell where the person ends, and nature begins.
Orly paints nude individuals into scenes everywhere throughout the world, utilising the sun for her light and the world as her canvas – “consolidating mankind with the earth.” The photos are unfathomable, and now and again it’s tough to tell where the individual finishes and nature starts.
“Body painting allows me to accept every inch of human flesh as perfect. Body painting welcomes me into the realms of vulnerability and trust which teaches me about respect, energy and healing,” she says.
