To make this quick salsa, the ingredients you need are: ripe tomatoes, fresh coriander, green chilies, a garlic clove, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
First, finely chop about 6 tomatoes, a bunch of fresh coriander and an onion. Deseed the chilies and add all of this in a large bowl. Now, pulse all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender until your desired consistency.
Add seasoning to taste
