While the BCCI is least bothered about the dreadful impacts of IPL matches on many drought-hit villages, Kings XI Punjab owner Preity Zinta takes a commendable step to help a drought-hit village of Nirhale-Phattepur in Nasik.
Zinta funded a wholesome amount that will be used for digging a well in the village, apart from providing water from water tankers to the village. She is also donating food to the villagers and helping with providing solar powered light to the entire village.
The actress took to Instagram and Twitter to post a picture of her charity and help. After her marriage with Gene Goodenough, Preity Zinta is currently in India to support her IPL Team and complete her commitments.
