This study also says that if you are going to indulge in chocolate, it’s better to do I in the morning since your metabolism is at its highest and you have the whole day to work and shed off your calories.
The researchers also believe that eating dessert in the morning prevents you from cravings later at any point of the day, keeping your sweet tooth under control!
Helps in making you smarter and sharper!
One of the studies conducted at Syracuse University proved that eating chocolate makes your memory strong. The researchers found out the effects of consumption on 968 people of the age group between 23 years to 98 years, without changing their other dietary habits. The study found out that eating chocolate regularly improved their intellectual abilities as those people performed better in tests that involved and reasoning abilities.
After conducting the tests a researcher wrote that, “”Habitual chocolate intake was related to cognitive performance, measured with an extensive battery of neuropsychological tests, more frequent chocolate consumption was significantly associated with better performance on these tests.”
